London-based DJ and producer Siân Owen has built an impressive reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting names in house music. Raised in a small town in Hertfordshire, Siân always had ambitions beyond her hometown, moving to London to study at university. It was there that she immersed herself in the city’s thriving electronic music scene and discovered her passion for house music.
In 2019, Siân secured her own radio show on London’s iconic Flex FM, where she honed her skills as a broadcaster while showcasing her own mixes. Her growing profile led to guest mixes for KISS FM, Apple Music and Ministry of Sound.
Her infectious energy behind the decks quickly saw her land a residency at London’s renowned Sushi Samba, curating monthly line-ups of female artists for their Casa de Samba nights. From there, she became a regular fixture at Ministry of Sound and La Fiesta, rounding off 2022 with a sold-out New Year’s Eve performance at the legendary venue.
Since then, Siân’s career has continued on an upward trajectory. A familiar face across line-ups for Abode, Love Juice and Defected, she has shared stages with and supported artists including Sonny Fodera, Jess Bays, Danny Howard, Sammy Porter, George Mensah and Joel Corry.
Recent highlights include supporting Sonny Fodera at his Somedays Festival in Malta and across his Pacha Ibiza shows, as well as performances at Hï Ibiza for Eastenderz, Club Class and Mas Tiempo. She also made her Mas Tiempo debut at Fabric, is playing for Defected at Chinois Ibiza, performed at Red Bull’s Midsummer event, and has appeared internationally at ADE Amsterdam, Winter Tomorrowland, Boardmasters and Ibiza Rocks.
In 2026, Siân was announced as an official Ministry of Sound resident, performing across London, Croatia and Bali, while also fronting the brand’s digital interview series Boxed In, hosting conversations with artists in both Ibiza and London.
Away from the club circuit, Siân has been making serious waves as a producer. Her breakout single “Bad Mama Jama”has amassed over 2 million streams, with another highly anticipated release arriving this summer, her momentum in the studio continues to build.
Alongside her music career, Siân has collaborated with global brands including San Miguel, Adidas and Captain Morgans. Last year Siân launched her own event brand, Ryder Sounds, which debuted with a sold-out launch event backed by Casamigos and Peak, further cementing her reputation as a tastemaker and curator within the scene.
With an ever-growing list of international performances, acclaimed releases and industry partnerships, Siân Owen continues to establish herself as one of the UK’s most exciting house music exports, with plenty more still to come.
