Josh Oyinsan

Media Personality

Josh Oyinsan is a former professional footballer, presenter and digital creator whose career has evolved from elite sport to becoming one of the UK’s most recognisable emerging media personalities.

After leaving professional football, Josh found a new audience on ITV’s Love Island, where he made history as one half of the first Black couple to win the series. Since then, he has built a highly engaged online community through his authentic blend of sport, fashion, entertainment and lifestyle content, partnering with leading global brands including Meta and Hennessy.

Beyond commercial work, Josh is passionate about using his platform to create meaningful conversations around mental health, identity and purpose. As a mental health advocate, he has fronted campaigns with organisations such as Movember and continues to champion positive representation for young men.

In 2026, Josh launched The Mental Fade, a talk show dedicated to honest, unfiltered conversations about mindset, resilience and life beyond success. His work has also led him to appear on BBC News, where he discussed the challenges facing young boys today and the importance of positive male role models.
Drawing from his own experience, Josh is particularly passionate about telling the stories of athletes navigating life after professional sport. He is developing projects that explore the often-overlooked realities of leaving elite football—the identity loss, mental health challenges and difficult transitions many players face—as well as celebrating those who have successfully forged new paths beyond the game.

With a unique perspective shaped by professional sport, mainstream entertainment and purposeful storytelling, Josh continues to establish himself as a trusted voice across television and digital media.
