Jordan Stephens is a creative, musician and author, perhaps best known as one half the chart-topping duo, Rizzle Kicks.

Jordan is also an accomplished actor, starting as the lead in the London theatre production, Entertaining Mr Sloane. And with television credits including The Ex-Wife for 2 series, Starstruck and Catastrophe and films including Teen Spirit and Stars Wars: Rogue One. He also hosted ITV2 Don’t Hate The Playaz for 4 series.

Having spoken publicly about his struggles with mental health, Jordan has been very active in raising awareness around the stigma. His mental health campaign #IAMWHOLE reached over 120 million people online and was mentioned in the Houses of Parliament.

Jordan endeavours to express himself through many different forms of art. He has published a Children’s book, ‘The Missing Piece’, a self-influenced story about joy and connection.

Jordan published his first Adult book, Avoidance, Drugs, Heartbreak and Dogs, a personal story of self acceptance, exploring masculinity, mental health, addiction and heartbreak. The book went straight into the Sunday Times Top 10 chart and received rave reviews from authors and journalists. Last summer Jordan released the paperback of the book alongside a number of literary festivals, intimate Q&As and other key events at London’s Southbank Centre.

Amidst Jordan’s solo projects, Rizzle Kicks also made a comeback after a 9 year hiatus. With a sell out debut show at KOKO in Camden followed by as sell out UK tour and headline shows at Boardmasters, Big Feastival and performances at Glastonbury and Castlefield Bowl in Manchester

Last year Jordan fronted his first documentary on Channel for as part of their Untold series. The documentary, ‘Hunting my Sextortion Scammer’’ saw Jordan uncover the chilling unfaced crime which is largely affecting young boys in western society. And this year it has just been announced Jordan will be fronting a documentary for MTV UK ‘In Search of Peace with Jordan Stephens’, which follows Jordan as he meets a different content creator in each episode to examine how individuals are addressing burnout and seeking balance in an increasingly demanding world. By immersing himself in his contributors’ daily wellbeing practices, he’ll explore what “peace” means in modern life and whether it is achievable or ongoing.

Jordan has been a guest on multiple podcasts, a lot of which have gone viral off the back of his articulate opinion on modern masculinity, mental health and the importance of youth clubs and spaces for young people to be part of a community. Jordan has stepped up as the new host of the hit BBC podcast, Miss Me with Miquita Oliver. And co-hosted of BBC Sounds music podcast Make Me a Mixtape with Clara Amfo.
