Jodie Bryant

Radio & Broadcast Presenter

Jodie is the person to know when it comes to new music. Some of her first ever tips to make it big included Arlo Parks, Griff, Lauran Hibberd & DYLAN.

Jodie has recently been covering BBC Radio 1’s Future Pop show and is a regular presenter on Radio 1.

She’s hosted on BBC introducing as well as presenting their live events for gigs with LUVCAT & Soft Launch.

She is also the host and curator of the Ned’s New Music Monday and contributes largely to the grassroots music scene.

She’s hosted and curated a number of live events, most exciting one being her own, ‘Discover Live’ – which has become critically acclaimed and pivotal in new artists development. It champions the very best independent and new music and her sold out events consistently highlight a range of genres including indie, pop, R&B, and soul, with artists who often subsequently appear on radio playlists.

The event is going on its first UK tour to Brighton, Bristol and Manchester – in a bid to make up and coming music more accessible outside of London.

Past headliners have included Nxdia, Catty, F3miii, Marti Perramon and Lily Knott and many artists credit ‘Discover Live’ for kickstarting their breakthrough.

Alongside this, she has launched an innovative new YouTube format and show called ‘Fan Girl Files’ which is where Jodie interviews someone as their superfan. The show has taken to new heights recently when Jodie took to the stage at Reading Festival to host a Fan Girl Files takeover with exciting emerging artist, Arthur Hill. She’s also got episodes interviewing  Beth McCarthy, Victor Ray & Nieve Ella.

Her presenting includes working with Spotify hosting their warehouse collaboration with Budweiser and interviewing Good Neighbours & Blossoms as well as regularly presenting for Boxpark & Soho House.

In addition to this she DJs and has supported Pixie Lott, played at the Hundred cricket and the MTV EMA awards in Manchester.

Jodie is certainly one to watch and set to be an industry new music tastemaker, as well as all-round radio and broadcast presenter.
